The actual purchase price of an existing Venture franchise varies according to the performance of the business. As a guide, our studios have re-sold in the past for amounts that range from under £50,000 for businesses that haven't achieved their potential, to in excess of £750,000 for our most successful studios.

We have a small number of 'turnaround' opportunities that offer a huge opportunity for the right person to purchase a business at a competitive price and to add significant value in a relatively short period.

We charge an Initial Franchise Fee of £20,000 which covers initial training and a full support service throughout the purchase of the business. Thereafter, there is a monthly franchise fee and marketing fee which is calculated as a percentage of the businesses turnover.

Returns

When implemented professionally, Venture's business model will provide the franchisee with a combination of healthy profits on a monthly basis and an increasingly valuable asset.

Typically, Venture studios will generate a 10-15% net return and the most efficiently run franchises already have a record of delivering well over double this level of profitability, year in, year out.

There are clearly no guarantees of success and the returns made in a particular location will be dependent on many factors, not least the effectiveness of the franchisee.
