Our franchisees are our lifeblood. The entire Venture operation is structured and organised to give each franchisee the best possible opportunity of reaching their full potential.

Our ideal franchise partner will possess many of the following qualities:

	Already has an interest in photography, maybe professionally but perhaps only as a hobby which you wish to develop into a career.
	Has a self determination and an inner desire to run your own business, on your own or with a partner.
	Is comfortable leading, managing and motivating a small team of people from the front - we are not looking for 'behind a desk' franchisees.
	Recognises the value of working within a branded, defined and proven business model
	Is commercially aware. A basis grasp of small business administration would be advantageous – we can help with the rest!
