the role

The key purpose of this role is to drive sales through effective planning, management and evaluation.

Main responsibilities of the role:
* Planning, management and evaluation of the performance of the viewing team in relation to business plan targets for AVO.
* Achievement of lead and voucher targets arising from the business plan through effectively managing the exhibition consultants.
* Ensuring that sessions are booked to maximise available slots and that targets are achieved in relation to telesales performance.
* Ensuring that corporate gift relationships are maintained, through effective monitoring and administration of corporate gift processes in the studio.
* Ensure that the sales database is kept up to date and information is used to monitor sales performance.



skills/experience/qualifications

You will be an excellent communicator with influencing and selling skills. Good time management and organisation skills are essential, as is literacy in excel and word.
