If you have a proven track record of telephone and face to face consumer relations, this pure customer-focused role is the ideal development move. Following established leads (no cold calls), your job is to convert peoples previous expressed interest into firm session bookings. On their arrival at the studio, you will be part of the team ensuring friendly, efficient customer service.
skills/experience/qualifications
A clear concise telephone manner and excellent communication skills, especially Verbal and interpersonal, are vital, but on top of that we are looking for someone who will grow within a successful business. Literate, organised, quick to use initative, you will make the most of our training to build your professional sales skills.
